A 32 bit OS only handles up to 4 GB of RAM and a 64 bit OS handles up to TB of RAM
and some drivers are not supported on 64 bit OS as for 32 bit they are and the image is more powerfull on a 64 bit and therefore you need a stronger processor and more RAM for a 64 bit OS.
